Tap Aerobics
Wednesday 7:30 - 8:15 pm
Join us for this new and exciting TAP DANCE AND FITNESS CLASS ALL IN ONE! No need to have dance experience to join in on the FUN! Tap-Aerobics is a new fitness class designed to teach basic tap technique combined with aerobic exercises, guaranteed to build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, & improve cardiovascular endurance. Routines are set to Disco, Pop, Country, Big Band, Latin & Contemporary music ~ great music to enjoy while you work your way to a HEALTHIER YOU! This new dance workout class was created by dance & fitness instructor, Adrianne Arena-Jacobs, owner of Arena's Performing Arts Centre. Come join us and tap dance your way to fitness! Comfortable shoes are suggested. Tap shoes are preferred.
Zumba
Saturday 9:30 - 10:30 am
The ZumbaŽ program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, & to get hooked. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a ZumbaŽ class! Certified Zumba instructor, Lesa Kennedy, will conduct the class.

Cardio Kickboxing
Thursday 7:15 - 8:15 pm
This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. This class provides a great cardio workout. Your instructor for the cardio kickboxing is Kim Page.

Tone and strengthen your muscles by focusing on every area individually. Push yourself to the limit during class while learning simple exercises that you can do at home as well. Krista Kaley will be your instructor for this class. Comfortable attire is suggested. Please bring your own weights.


Sculpt/Tone
Monday 12:30 - 1:30 pm

Improve posture, become more flexible and get hard lean abs, firm buttocks and sculpted legs in our new ballet workout. Whether you have studied ballet or are looking for a new way to sculpt your body you will enjoy this class that takes ballet movement modified to appeal to those of all levels of fitness. Comfortable clothing and ballet shoes, socks or bare feet are suggested for this class.Instructed by Ashley Patton, B.A. in dance.

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You'll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones with certified Zumba instructor, Lesa Kennedy.
