General FAQ


What is your refund policy?

A student that withdraws prior to or directly after the first class will receive 100% tuition refund. A student that withdraws after the second class will receive 50% tuition refund. No refunds are issued after the third class. A 30 day notice and withdrawal form is required when withdrawing from our program. Account remain active until a withdrawal form is receive. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. We offer gift certificates in any denomination and they can be used towards anything at the centre with the exception of martial arts and instrumental classes.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due by the first class. Tuition paid after the 10th of the month will receive a $10.00 late fee.

What are you office hours?

Why do I have to pay a registration fee?

Tuition covers the costs associated with providing quality lessons. The registration fee helps to cover the costs associated with the administrative duties relating to the lessons.

Do you sell dance attire?

Yes. We sell tights, shoes and leotards. You will need to stop by the office to be sized for shoes and leotards. Tights are typically in stock but can be ordered if you size is not availabe. We use Revolution brand for all our dance attire and shoes.

What is the best way to get in touch with the centre?

During the busy times of the year the best way of communicating with us is through email. Emails are typically answered each day before classes begin for the day. We believe in helping the customers that are standing in front of us first so the phone will be only be answered if our office staff is not busy helping customers. You may also leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Is there a family discount?

Yes. A family discount of 10% will be taken off of the lowest tuition for two members of the same family, 20% for a third family member, and FREE for a fourth family member. Only one of the above discounts can be applied per family.

Why am I being charged a late fee?

Just like you, we have bills that need to be paid and just like you, if our bills are late we are charged a late fee. You have until the 10th of each month before a late fee is applied. If you know that your tuition is going to be late, please call us to discuss your account.

How do I know if the centre is closed due to inclement weather?

We advertise weather closings on our voice message, KDKA, WTAE and our Facebook page. We no longer announce closings on our website.
